Last night, a massive fire erupted at Ramco’s Compound, lighting up the night sky and causing loud explosions that sent residents fleeing in terror. As the flames raged, many in the community could be heard wailing and seeking refuge at a safe distance. Firefighters arrived on the scene and managed to bring the fire under control relatively quickly, despite the chaos. While the sound of sirens filled the air, it remains too early to assess any potential casualties. However, it appears that there has been extensive damage to some of the structures and equipment within the facility. Updates will follow as more information becomes available.
