Search Intensifies for Missing 81-Year-Old Man with Dementia

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 81-year-old Lincoln Charles, who has been missing since July 9. Charles, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, was last seen in Port-of-Spain wearing a grey top and blue pants. Hailing from 2nd Caledonia, Morvant, his family has been actively involved in the search, collaborating with both police and the Hunters Search and Rescue Team. His daughter, Kizzy Frederick, expressed the family’s distress, stating, “It’s just very difficult to think he’s out there somewhere, hungry, fallen, or lost.” Relatives have reported his disappearance to the Morvant and West End Police Stations.
