President of Bulgaria’s upcoming election will be decided in a runoff on 1 November between the two leading pairs: Iliyana Yotov and Kiril Vlachov, and Andrey Gyurov and Georgi Kandev. According to the second exit poll conducted by the sociological agency Trend, 36.4 % of voters who cast ballots for the presidential election chose Yotov‑Vlachov, while the Gyurov‑Kandev tandem received 32.1 %. The third‑place pair, Kostadin Kostadinov and Petar Volgin, secured 14 % of the vote. In fourth place were Radostin Vasilev and Krasimir Manov with 3.4 %, followed by Ivelin Mihaylov and Yuliana Mateeva. Ivan Khristov and Stoyanka Cherkezova garnered 1.7 %. The exit poll indicates a voter turnout of 21.3 %.
