Russian Military Claims to Have Downed 180 Ukrainian Drones
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the country’s military downed 180 Ukrainian drones over various regions on Saturday. The ministry stated that air defense systems intercepted and destroyed the drones, which were of the aircraft type, between 8:00 and 20:00 Moscow time.
The drones were reportedly neutralized over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Oryol, Rostov, Ryazan, and Tula regions, as well as over Crimea and the Black Sea. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the incident on Saturday, providing details on the downed drones.
