**Austria Enacts Law Banning Scarves for Girls Under 14**
Islamabad – After the holiday break, Austrian schools reopened under a new regulation that prohibits girls younger than 14 from wearing scarves. The law was introduced by the ruling coalition, which consists of three political parties, and was enacted by the Austrian parliament.
The legislation applies to all schools in Austria and is intended to restrict the wearing of scarves by girls below the age of 14. The ruling coalition justified the measure as a step toward ensuring a uniform school environment.
