The end of the working week in Riga will therefore be free of significant rainfall. Meteorological Conditions Latvia’s weather is influenced by the eastern periphery of an anticyclone. Sea‑level pressure will range from 1020 hPa in eastern Latgale to 1027 hPa in western Kurzemes.
